I help high-achieving women who had to hide their feelings to keep the peace—especially the “easy kids,” people pleasers, and perfectionists—heal anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and the lasting impact of childhood emotional wounds and emotionally unavailable environments.
My primary offering is trauma-informed psychotherapy. We focus on reprogramming the inner beliefs that keep you stuck—whether it’s low self-esteem, fear of taking up space, or the pressure to keep everyone else comfortable.
I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and psychedelic integration for those drawn to deeper subconscious work—but you don’t need to do those to work with me.

My Approach
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a therapist, I blend somatic therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), hypnotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy to support deep, lasting change.
While I offer expanded-state healing through ketamine therapy and hypnotherapy, my core offering is weekly psychotherapy—grounded in presence, trust, and emotional attunement.
I also bring a spiritual and shamanic lens to my work. This means I don’t treat healing as a linear process. Instead, I follow the natural intelligence of your body and psyche—what some call the inner healing intelligence. Just as your body knows how to heal a cut, your inner world knows how to guide you toward wholeness.
Therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert of your own inner world, and I’m here to walk beside you. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, tap into your inner resilience, and co-create a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and free.
